At K9Glow, your satisfaction — and your dog's wellbeing — is our top priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required. Just send us a photo of the damage so we can make it right quickly.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong product, we sincerely apologize! Reach out to us and we'll ship the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used supplements
- Items purchased on final sale or with a non-returnable discount

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
