Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping – 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping – 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping – 1 business day
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages Check your tracking number, verify your shipping address, then contact your carrier. If confirmed lost, contact us and we'll make it right.
Damaged Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
